Interested in purchasing AMPCO by AJW products? Submitted a request for a quote? Established a customer number? How can I move forward with a purchase?

AMPCO by AJW is acutely aware of the performance requirements associated with the processing of each order.  As long as the order is not being released for production, we will process all submittal drawings and details in order for your company to progress with acceptance and approval of the order.  If the order is released for production, AMPCO by AJW is unable to process any order without a line of credit being established. If that is the case, we may require one of the following:

  • A company check amounting to 50 % of the order value. Please allow seven (7) days for clearance from the bank once received.
  • A cashier’s check, made out to AMPCO by AJW Products, LLC in the amount of 50% of the order value.  The order will be processed immediately.
  • A Credit Card charge authorization. We accept all major credit cards.  Contact the Credit Department for an authorization form.

The average time necessary to establish a line of credit is three (3) weeks. Depending on the time it takes to receive the signed credit application, obtain 3 vendor referrals and a bank reference. If you need a quick turn around on your first order we suggest a 50% deposit to keep it moving through production. We understand every business has different needs so we are available to discuss any special circumstances you may have.
