NEW WINDSOR – Fifty Door Partners, LLC has named Mike Pubillones as Chief Financial Officer.
Pubillones joined the organization in January as a result of FDP’s acquisition of Ampco, where he served as CFO. In his new role, he will assume leadership of the company’s entire financial team.
“Mike brings the perfect mix of accounting expertise and knowledge of our industry,” said Chris Hansen, Founder and CEO of Fifty Door Partners, LLC.
According to Hansen, Fifty Doors was recruiting for the position prior to the acquisition, but as soon as Pubilliones joined the team, they knew they needed to look no further.
“We feel privileged to have found the perfect candidate from within our organization,” he said.
Pubillones initially joined Ampco as a senior accountant and quickly climbed the ranks to first assistant controller and then controller. When the business changed hands in 2007, the new ownership recognized his potential and empowered his professional growth. He was elevated to CFO within a year. His financial leadership helped shepherd the company through the tough decisions required during the recession and emerge a leaner and more profitable organization.
Pubillones holds a Masters in Accounting from Florida International University and has been a licensed CPA since 1996.
